Christian was born in Paris in 1959 and grew up in Bordeaux. He made his first experiences with the Japanese martial arts as a Judoka from 1971 to 1974.
In 1978 he started Aikido training with Philippe Leon in Bordeaux, who became his teacher for many years. Christian accompanied Philippe to courses and demonstrations in France and Italy.
In 1981 Christian participated for the first time in a course Christian Tissiers.
From that time on, he regularly trained at Christian Tissiers courses in France and Germany.
In 1986 Christian came to Berlin, where he has been living ever since. Shortly after his arrival, Christian started to train and give classes in different dojos.
In 2000 he opened the dojo in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg, where he built up and trained several groups of children of different ages in addition to adult training.
The dojo is located on the 3rd floor of a backyard in the Greifswalder Straße in
Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. Greifswalder Straße is a busy street with
many shops, cafés and restaurants. The dojo is very easy to reach,
it is only three tram stations away from Alexanderplatz, the M4 tram stops
right outside the door.
The training room is large and bright and invites you to practice in a pleasant atmosphere
one. The small kitchenette with seating area, which can be used for a snack after training, also contributes to this Relaxing and invited to exchange experiences.
On the 150 sqm mat, a very dynamic, movement-intensive practice is also possible.
